Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. The following policy applies to all in-person courses, trainings and events hosted by Body Lane.

Cancellations by Attendee

30+ Days Prior to Event
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event date are eligible for a full refund, minus any payment processing fees (typically 1.9%).

7–30 Days Prior to Event
Cancellations made between 7 and 30 days prior to the event date are eligible for a 50% refund, minus any payment processing fees (typically 1.9%).

Within 7 Days of Event (Including On-the-Day)
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date, including on-the-day cancellations, are not eligible for a monetary refund.

At the discretion of Body Lane, a transfer to a future course date may be offered (subject to availability). Transfers are not guaranteed.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to hello@bodylane.com.au.

Course Transfers

To transfer to an alternate location, transfers must be used within 12 months of the original course date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Only one transfer per booking is permitted.

Transferred bookings are non-refundable.

Payment Plans

If you choose a payment plan option:

  • All instalments must be paid in full prior to the course commencement date.

  • Failure to complete payments before the course date will result in forfeiture of your place.

  • Payment plans remain subject to the same cancellation and refund policy outlined above.

  • Missed payments may incur additional administrative fees.

Your place in the course is not secured until your deposit (if applicable) has been received.

Course Cancellation or Rescheduling by Body Lane

In the unlikely event that Body Lane must cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • You will be notified as soon as possible.

  • Your registration will automatically transfer to the new course date.

If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may:

  • Transfer to another future course date, or

  • Request a full refund.

Body Lane is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other associated costs incurred by attendees.
