Services for the Practitioner

Hello, I’m Madelaine

Hello!

Founder of Body Lane.

I’m a Myotherapist, movement specialist, educator, presenter, and coach — and a mother of two beautiful children. Based on the Central Coast NSW, I also travel to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Auckland to run my courses.

I help women reconnect with their bodies — whether it’s recovering after a C-section, navigating endometriosis, fertility challenges, pregnancy, or simply feeling disconnected from themselves. I also guide practitioners to step confidently into their skills and impact in women’s health.

Over the past decade, I’ve supported 400+ mothers to reclaim their bodies and trained 250+ practitioners in my methods, inspiring hundreds more to embody themselves fully as confident, empowered practitioners. This is the work that lights me up.

I’m so happy you have landed here and I look forward to connecting.
