We are dedicated to Women's Health & Healing
Our Women’s Health Services
Myotherapy
We support the physical and emotional demands of womanhood. Treatments focus on relieving aches and pains associated with pregnancy, postpartum recovery, incontinence and prolapse (external work only), chronic pain, and the general wear and tear of everyday life.
Using a blend of hands-on techniques — including myofascial release, deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, cupping, and dry needling — sessions are tailored to your body, your nervous system, and your lymphatic system.
Abdominal, C-section & Breast Scar Release
Scar Release is a gentle yet deeply effective treatment designed to reduce restriction, pain, pulling, and numbness, associated with abdominal, breast, and C-section scars.
We work with the scar itself and surrounding tissues to improve mobility, circulation, and comfort, before guiding reconnection to breath, core support, and nervous system regulation. This work supports both physical healing and a deeper sense of safety and connection within the body.
Endometriosis Support
This work supports women living with endometriosis and persistent pelvic or abdominal pain. Treatments focus on improving tissue mobility, reducing protective tension, supporting breath, lymphatic flow, nervous system regulation, and easing pain patterns that impact daily life.
The approach is holistic and body-led, offering care beyond symptom management to support long-term comfort and resilience.
Pregnancy & Birth Preparation
Pregnancy treatments support your body as it adapts and prepares for birth. Sessions may assist with pelvic pain, sciatica, postural aches, rib and back discomfort, and general pregnancy-related tension.
Treatment also focuses on breath, posture, pelvic mobility, and nervous system regulation — helping you feel more confident, supported, and connected as you prepare for birth or VBAC.
Fertility Support
Fertility support is gentle, grounding, and deeply respectful of your journey. Sessions focus on pelvic and abdominal flow, breath, nervous system regulation, and reconnection to the womb space.
This work supports the body to feel safe, supported, and receptive — whether you’re trying to conceive naturally, navigating assisted fertility, or healing after loss.
All treatments may be claimed through private health insurance.

FAQs about our Scar Release Treatments:
-
We recommend treatment on your scar/s after 8 weeks post operation and once it has completely healed and there is no scabbing or signs of infection. It’s also important that you feel ready for it to be touched. We have a very nurturing process that makes you feel comfortable with the treatment.
-
It is common to experience pain, discomfort and pulling sensations around your scar/s but it is not normal to have these symptoms. These indications that your scar needs some release work.
-
Our opinion is, YES! We do a full body assessment as well as breath assessment which can be impacted by the surgery and recovery time. For c-section scars, a lot of the restrictions come from pregnancy not just the surgery.
-
Absolutely. The treatment can be very beneficial to reconnect to your abdominal muscles and improve your posture which is crucial going into your next pregnancy. Reducing the scar tissue can also have an effect on reducing stretch marks due to increased collagen and tissue stretch post treatment.
-
We assess and treat all associated areas around the scar. It is not purely just a massage on the scar. For example, our c-section release is treatment of the entire abdomen and for breast release we treat all muscles that connect to the shoulder to restore range of motion as well as breath restoration.
