I’ve been there too, babe. I know what it’s like to hear those voices whispering that you’re not good enough, that your dreams are too big, or that you don’t have what it takes.
I used to be completely overwhelmed by those voices—the ones telling me I wasn’t good enough, the ones that convinced me I couldn’t possibly have it all. My business felt safe when it was small, when I stayed in my comfort zone. I was charging below my worth, giving so much to others. It was exhausting. I was pouring from an empty cup, but I didn’t know how to stop. But deep inside, something fierce was stirring. The healer in me refused to back down. I couldn’t walk away from this work, even though it felt hard, even though the financial pressure and self-doubt were overwhelming at times. I knew my calling was bigger than this. I knew helping clients reconnect with their bodies, heal their pain, and step into their power was what I was meant to do. And then, I made a choice. I stopped listening to those voices that told me I had to stay small, stay stuck. I began rewriting my story, taking action to call myself out on the negative head noise, and invest in myself for the first time. I hired a coach who believed in me when I couldn’t believe in myself. And slowly, piece by piece, I started living the life I had dreamed about.
